NASM to compile for 64bit AMD
I compile the asmlib.asm as follows: nasm -o asmlib.o -f elf asmlib.asm If I've understood correct elf is a 32-bit thing. So, can I write something else to get 64-bit? Also, Adaptec 1210SA is a 32-bit/66MHz PCI 2.2 card, which should work with this non-server board (Abit NF7-S is 32-bit/33MHz PCI 2.2 board, so it would just fall back to 33MHz). Whereas 3Ware 8006-2LP is a 64-bit/66MHz card, which I think makes it a no-go. So, I guess, I narrowed it down to Adaptec 1210SA.
